I called the Flourtown location where the gift card was purchased, and Michelle R. was understanding and thoughtful. The service was good. Tried the cupping and that was enjoyable. Most importantly, massage organizations always have you complete paperwork about yourself and your preferences and then it seems those preferences are never shared with the actual massage therapist. This time the massage therapist actually took the time to ask me what my preferences were. Love that!
